Case of chronic migraine since 10 yrs not responding to any medicine including homoeopathy.

P: I am having pain since many yrs this hurts me a lot. Its like something is pricing in there, some moving parts are in there which are rotating regularly.

D: Tell more.

P: Is like parts are moving inside and hurting when it moves, I can feel its edges hurting my head.

Sometime I feel like tight wire is tied and covering my head all over, its like barbwire, hurting my head badly.

Pains are more in sun and after eating. I feel much better empty stomach. During pain I cant tolerate noise and light it hurts me a lot.

D: What else.

P: Pains are very severe unbearable; I feel like throwing things at that moment.

D: Tell more.

P: Its as if something is pricing in there, hurts a lot.

My feel much angry at that time, feel like smashing everything at that moment. My dad is very dictatorial, he don’t let me do anything which I want, at that moment I feel like slapping him but cant. If this happen he will beat me to death, he was in army, I am having severe beating since childhood.

D:Tell me about this more.

P: He beat me a lot even on slightest cause, that’s why I not having respect for him. He feels I am of no use, they don’t consider me part of family, I am not informed about events or never become part of any decision. They says you are of no use, your mind is not mature enough. I felt very bad, but can’t do anything.

I am going to one religious place regularly since childhood, I felt very relaxed there, I want to become their disciple but my father warns me from not going there. I felt very bad but cant do anything.

Yes one thing I remembered, I fall many time during childhood i hurt  my head while playing, doctor told be that pains can also because of old injuries but nothing came out in MRI, which came to be normal.

But my dad says ur mind not working normal due to this reason. As i am weak in studies, I can’t remember things for long. That why failed in class in 8th std.

D: Tell me more, whatever you are sharing will help me to know you as a person, so be with it.

P: This is it doctor, my pains are disturbing most, its hurting as if sharp things are moving inside and hurting in that process, like wire is tied very tight with sharp edges so hurting very much.

D: What else is coming.

P: That’s it doctor. these are things disturbing me most.

D: Tell me about ur interest and hobbies?

P: I love to listen to music but dad restricts me there also.

D: What do you feel when they restrict you.

P: Very angry, feel like slapping them.

D: What about you dreams?

P: Since childhood I am getting one dream. That is I am alone in one room.

But in that room walls are studded with iron rods and walls of that room are closing together. and I am trying to find the way out but in end cant do anything, those rods gets into my body, I felt intense pain. Then I wake up.

D: Tell me more about this dream, what do you feel during that moment?

P: Intense pain, alive with with rods are inside of me, hurting me, but cant do anything.

D: Any other dream you remember?

P: Not remembered, this is one dream which I dreamt often.

D: You told me before that you regularly goes to religious place.

P: Yes, I felt very calm and relax there. I want to be their disciple.

D: What is religion for you or how it is important for you to become their disciple.

P: Very important for me, if you live more in worldly life you do sins and for that sins you are punished in hell.

D: Tell me about this.

P: In hell you are burnt in boiling oil, sleep on nails, nails are put in your head with hammers. There are different punishment for every sins. My guruji told one day about them. Its very scary and painful. From then I never miss any day, regularly go to gurudwara and do sewa there.

Understanding of case: 

In whole of this case there is issue of injury running through and through in this case.

1. At physical level in type of pain.
   • Barbwire
   • Moving part with sharp edges
2. At home, he feels like beating his dad.
3. History of repeated injury during childhood.
4. Dreams: walls are closing with rods.
5. Religion for him is also reflecting same thing; that is avoiding hell which is full of pain and injury. 
6. Other thing which I got there is intensity.
   • He is experiencing all this very intensily, so I took leprous miams here.
     • Family don’t consider him part of family
     • Treat him very badly and make him feel low.
     • During dream also injury is very intense.
7. So I took plant kingdom, in that also COMPOSITATE FAMILY AND LEPROUS MIASM.
8. In this we have 3 remedies, inul, lact and lappa.
9. We select inula out of there as this is having affinity for headache and also one keynote that is his pains are agg on eating. 

Follow up:

1 month: pains are much better, less in intensity and frequency.

3months: now pains are very less, and feeling much better in mind ability to understand and analyzing life situation.

My concentration and memory is also much better.

6months: very fine, episode of pain is only for one day. Very less in intensity; My confidence is much better now. Concentration and memory is much better now.

And doctor I also got admission in veterinary college last week. I am very happy.

Till now I am in touch with him, 5 yrs past, no more relapses. He is perfectly fine.
